Are you ready to experience a deeper spiritual connection with yourself, your life, and every being around you? I offer a holistic yet down-to-earth approach to connecting spirituality, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. Choose to spend our time together in a private session of either yoga, nutritional support, energy-work/Reiki, or essential oil wellness consultation. We can combine some of these too if desired. When you book your appointment, let me know your preferences. Private sessions are via video or phone. It is through a unique collaborative of intuitive guidance, heartfelt connection, energetic clearing, body and mindful presence that I have been able to authentically serve hundreds of devoted souls on their journey of transformational healing.
