Harmony Within: Reiki Healing, Aromatherapy & Body Scan Meditation with Shannon Chada
Join Shannon Chada, Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Practitioner, for a transformative session combining guided meditation, aromatherapy, and the healing energy of Reiki.
At the beginning of the class an essential oil will be offered to those who wish to include it in their meditation paractice for the evening. Than a calming body scan meditation designed to help you release tension, connect with your inner peace, and bring awareness to the present moment.
As you relax into the meditation, Shannon will incorporate Reiki energy work and guide participants in their own hands-on healing, empowering you to connect with your body’s innate ability to restore balance and well-being.
Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this nurturing experience is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, renewal, and a deeper sense of harmony.
