In this mentorship, we honor the Reiki Precepts not just as words to recite—but as an embodied way of living.
Together, we’ll root into the wisdom beneath the teachings
and radiate that presence outward in our lives, our practice, and our communities.
 

Roots to Radiance is a space to reconnect with the essence of Reiki through presence, practice, and purpose.
Guided by experienced teachers in a compassionate container, this journey blends soulful mentorship,
practical skill-building, and collective inspiration.

Jan. 21 - Opening Circle: Grounding & Intention Begin with sacred presence, clarify expectations,
and connect through heart-centered sharing. We’ll set the tone for our mentorship and explore
how the Reiki Precepts guide us in both daily life and spiritual practice.​

 

Feb. 4 - Workshop 1: Shield & Shine: Reiki for Energetic Boundaries & Protection Certification

Energetic boundaries are the foundation of safe, ethical, and sustainable Reiki practice. Without them, practitioners risk burnout, emotional entanglement, and spiritual depletion. This session offers a clear framework for protecting your energy, honoring your sovereignty, and cultivating resilience through self-Reiki.

In this 2-hour session, you will:

🌟Explore the anatomy of energetic boundaries and empathic overwhelm Learn how personal Reiki practice strengthens energetic protection

🌟Understand the role of self-regulation in maintaining spiritual integrity

🌟Practice aura sealing and shielding techniques using Reiki symbols and breath

🌟Learn ethical cord-cutting and compassionate release protocols

🌟Receive tools for clearing and blessing physical spaces with Reiki

Feb. 18 - Workshop 2: Somatic Wisdom: Reiki for Regulation & Integration Certification

Explore how the nervous system, subtle body, and emotional tone are interwoven. Learn to recognize and respond to somatic cues with compassion, and integrate Reiki with grounding, regulation, and embodied presence. For yourself and others.

In this 2-hour session, you will:

🌟Explore the arc of healing and the importance of post-session integration

🌟Learn Reiki techniques for somatic anchoring, emotional regulation, and daily ritual

🌟Create personalized aftercare plans and support bundles for clients

🌟Somatic anchoring through breath, movement, and touch

Mar. 4 - Workshop 3: Sacred Celebrations: Reiki for Life Transitions Certification

Life transitions are thresholds — moments of deep change. They may be joyful, painful, or both. Grief, rebirth, and identity shifts are sacred terrain, calling for presence, compassion, and energetic integrity. This workshop offers ways to hold space for yourself and others through these cycles, drawing on Reiki’s gentle support, emotional attunement, and energetic presence.

In this 2-hour session, you will:

🌟Learn Reiki techniques for grief, closure, and initiation

🌟Practice designing personalized rites of passage
