About the Facilitators:

Donna Ohman PTA, C-IAYT is certified with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is an Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) practitioner and has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2002, with focus on outpatient orthopedic and neurological disorders. Donna is Stott Pilates Rehab trained and teaches privates and small groups. She began practicing yoga in 1999 and fell in love immediately. Donna has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She integrates her physical therapy experience, yoga knowledge and Pilates’s training. Her unique teaching style blends her rehabilitation experience with the healing and health benefits of yoga. Donna is inspired by an eclectic group of teachers and lineages. Her classes are alignment based with a blend of therapeutics and rhythmic movement with emphasis on the breath. Her philosophy is “Focus on the whole; health and healing take place in the body, mind and soul”. Shannon Chada is the founder of Full Circle Harmony Ministry Academy of Holistic and Spiritual Arts, a 501c3. Shannon began her Reiki Journey in 1997 and has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2000. Shannon completed over 50 clinical hours practicing Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Nutrition and Essential Oils in the Medical Field as part of her training in becoming a Certified Urban Zen Integrative Therapist (UZIT). Shannon has over 20 years of experience in Reiki, as a Certified yoga Instructor, Energy Specialist, Crystal Healer, Sacred Circle and Ceremony Facilitator, Legally Ordained Minister, Aromatherapy, Massage Therapist, Artist, Musician/Singer and Holistic Doula. Shannon shares her love, pride and passion for her culture by incorporating her Native American roots into all she does.
