Reiki I is all about DISCOVERY - of self, this path you are on, of others, the universe, etc.. We discover what Reiki is, how it feels to you, how it feels with others, and the world around you. How to use Reiki and it's high frequency for simple acts of thinking, feeling, and healing. We learn hands-on positions and various self-healing methods. Revealed are the secrets of how to simply and effectively protect yourself from energetically from unwanted or foreign energies. We will cover the basics of how energy works and how it affects our physical and energetic bodies. Our practice also includes; Learning a hands-on Self Healing Treatment, Aura Cleansing & Shielding, the basics of the Chakra System and how incorporate it with Reiki and Young Living Essential Oils. The Reiki 1 initiation and class experience will be the corner-stone of a healthy Self-Care practice and your sparkling 2018 journey. After completing this training you will receive your Reiki Certification suitable for framing with your Reiki lineage documents.
