Reiki I is all about DISCOVERY - of self, this path you are on, of others, the universe, etc.. We discover what Reiki is, how it feels to you, how it feels with others, and the world around you. Learn how to use Reiki and it's high frequency benefits for simple acts of thinking, feeling, and healing. We learn hands-on positions and various self-healing methods. Revealed are the secrets of how to simply and effectively protect yourself energetically from unwanted or foreign energies. We will cover the basics of how energy works and how it affects our physical and energetic bodies. Our practice also includes; Learning a hands-on Self Healing Treatment, Sharing Reiki with others, Ethics, Shielding, using Essential Oils to complement your self-care and reiki sessions, the basics of the Chakra System, and how integrate these tools and your Reiki practice into your self-care practice and every day life. The Reiki 1 initiation and class experience will be the corner-stone for your personal and or professional holistic health journey. After completing this training you will receive your Reiki Certification suitable for framing with your Reiki lineage documents.
